As a therapist, I work in a way that’s respectful, relational, and responsive to your needs. My integrative style means we’ll draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels right for you - always at a pace that feels safe.

My work is rooted in a Pluralistic Person-Centred approach. This means I believe there isn’t one “right” way to do therapy - instead, we work collaboratively to find what feels most meaningful and helpful to you.
